牛肉とズッキーニの炒め物、これは我が家のVIPお犬様のお食事です。冷凍庫の牛肉を片付けています。（妻はフィレ以外牛肉はめったに食べない）

自分用の食事といえば、まとめて作って冷凍しておくものがメインです。上の写真は紫蘇餃子。ウェイパーでしっかり味付けしてある餃子で、とっても美味しいです。

　

ホームベーカリーのフランスパン、焼きたては絶品。これも真空容器に入れて常温保存。チャーハンはジップロックのコンテナに小分けし、冷凍庫。1食分のご飯にちょうど良いサイズです。
こうした小さなコンテナ冷凍食品と、サラダやお豆腐、その時々のメインお料理で食事を済ませています。

On my second day in LA, fortunately I didn’t have to work since it was a holiday. That allowed me to get used to the time difference, since I fell asleep at a strange time on Sunday night. I did have a business meeting over dinner though, which is very common in LA. There are many good restaurants and often many business discussions and deals are carried out there.

We went to a fairly well-known Italian chain restaurant, which is known for its giant portions. Most items on the menu are very large, even for American standards, so that people will order multiple things and then share them between them. We ordered a lasgagne, a marinated chicken breast and a salad and some garlic bread. Everything was very good and I ate my leftovers for breakfast the next
