Today was “Happy Wednesday”, where my company makes us leave at 6pm in order to reduce our electricity consumption, so I decided to make dinner since I got home so early.
I made a simple pasta, using sauteed mushrooms and garlic and then adding them to some penne noodles with an Alfredo sauce. Mix in some shredded salmon, top with fresh ground pepper and garnish with some tomatoes and you’re done!
For the side dishes, I used some of the leftover mushrooms to top some garlic bread, and also some grilled prawns. The tomatoes for the pasta were picked from our little balcony garden
