It has been a while, so I made the stuffed pork tenderloin again last night since the wifey has been working so hard to make me something nice everyday. It had been a while, so I accidentally overcooked it a little, but it still turned out okay and it’s better to be safe than sorry when cooking pork.
Since it took a while, I put out some of the mushroom dip with toasted french bread first. One thing about the mushroom dip is that it is very rich due to the cream of mushroom soup and cream cheese, so it’s hard to eat too much of it.
